Impact of covid-19 pandemic on Indian economy

Abstract
The covid-19 outbreak, which started in China in December 2019, has spreads to 203 countries. The pandemic is not only impacting health care system but also it impacts economies of world and resulting in job losses, business disruption and making us head towards one of the worst times ever for people on Earth. The economic crisis after March 2020 impacted all three sectors of the Indian economy. In agriculture, the farmers were faced poor demand and falling output prices, broken the supply chain and lake of market outlets. Using a input output framework, we create scenarios of losses of to the economy. India’s GDP growth rate 2020-2021 may range from -4.3% to -15% This paper highlights the impacts of covid 19 on Indian economy.
