During covid the most vulnerable section of the industry MSMEs in India and in particular these MSME is located at Mahape MIDC. During pandemic the employees are allowed to work from home in view of government guidelines and covid guidelines. As per the data the composition of labour force is mainly dominated by male employees barring few industries which are labour intensive where female employees are more in number. Those women employees are less literate and are responsible to various household activities and commitment .During pandemic expectation on job performance are becoming difficult to achieve , even though women employees are multitasking they need indusive work environment at home , which are not feasible , because of low housing facilities
