The purposeof this study is to investigate the impact of time wasters on time consciousness among higher secondary teachers. The study’s sample included 800 teachers from aided,government and private schools of Delhi. To quantify the time wasters of teachers, self-made questionnaires on a five-point scale were developed. The findings of the study showed that time wasters were found to have a significant and negative association with teachers’ time consciousness
