Abstract
The goal of this research was to comprehend impact of social media on hotels. The main purpose was to provide a solution for hotel management to enhance their business operations. based on the detailed literature review the social media was identified as the dependent variable and derived fine independent
variables such as social networking sites, customer relationship management, digital analytic deployment,corporate social responsibility, and online media outlets.
