Schools now have access to the rapidly spreading ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) that are permeating society at large. It is necessary for educators to have a solid understanding of the impact of ICT on their students' performance and engagement because of the multiple worldwide breakthroughs in ICT. Since these technologies are always changing, there is no one definition of ICT.
