How to Find a Recommendation Model for the Implementation of the NonCash Food Assistance Program (BPNT) in Jeneponto Regency?

Abstract
In an effort to reduce poverty, the government launched a program to suppress and overcome poverty inIndonesia, including in Jeneponto Regency. One of the programs is the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program(BPNT) / basic food assistance. In the implementation of this program, there are still some problems that are
micro or macro, both at the implementer level and other stakeholders. Therefore, this research was conducted to analyze the problem of implementing the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program (BPNT) which leads to the achievement of program objectives in order to obtain a comprehensive program implementation
recommendation model. The research design used in this study is a qualitative research. This study uses data collection techniques including observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Research analysis consists of data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing/verification. The results of this study found that the efforts that will be used as a recommendation solution for the implementation of the non-cash food assistance
program/staple food program, include (1) updating data by updating data, (2) building a responsive system strengthening commitment through accountable regulations. (3) Effective and efficient coordination and communication system. (4) Ensure the best price and quality of food ingredients. (5) Full awareness critically of every element of the phasing of the basic food program that is being carried out. (6) Conducting unannounced inspections of all stakeholders of the staple food program as evaluation and monitoring material. (7) Build an
integrated system with high integrity from all stakeholders of the staple food program. If all of this is carried out by strengthening the values of the implementers. These values are Consientization (Critical Awareness),
Consistency (stay on track and guidelines, do not change and are not affected), Commitment (Firm in the principles of program implementation, become one with the program being run) and Communication (Optimal cooperation and coordination at each stage of the program). stakeholders)
