To address this issue, this research examines various evidence-based approaches and interventions aimed at enhancing the resilience of nursing students. We discuss the significance of implementing early intervention programs and support systems that promote emotional well-being. Furthermore, we highlight the role of educational institutions and healthcare facilities in providing resources and training to equip nursing students with practical coping strategies. These strategies not only help students manage stress and anxiety but also prepare them for the challenges they will encounter in their nursing careers. this study underscores the importance of empowering nursing students with effective anxiety management and coping strategies to promote their resilience, ensuring they are well-prepared to provide high-quality care while maintaining their own mental and emotional health.
