Abstract
The study aims to find out the Family abused woman’s psychological hardness level. For that purpose, I’ve chosen the clinical method, using the case study technique, whose tools include the semi-guided clinical interview and the psychological hardness scale, built by Imad Mokhaimer (2002). Five women who are victims of family abuse induced by a family member (husband / father / brother), in the wilaya of Ghardaïa, range-aged between (22-35) years old, are the cases of the study’s sample which tries to answer the following questioning: What is the family abused woman’s psychological hardness level? Following the interview data and scale results presentation and analysis, as well as the hypothesis discussion, I noticed that the level of psychological hardness is low in three cases of the study sample, reflected by low scores in the hardness scale matching, so far, the study hypothesis. The hypothesis is not fulfilled in the other two cases where high levels of psychological hardness where reached.
