Employee engagement among sales employees in home appliances industry in East Godavari- A study

Abstract
This study's objective is to examine the link and influence between employee engagement and employee among home appliancessales employees in the East Godavariregion. To that goal, the independent variable is employee engagement, while the dependent variables are compensation management, motivation, employee personality, and training. Employee citizenship behaviour is the dependent variable, and its sub variables include Assisting Behaviour, Preciseness in the Workplace, Courtesy, Civic Integrity, and Sportsmanship. This is a descriptive study, and data will be gathered using a questionnaire distributed to 230 employees of home appliances sales employees in East Godvari. Multiple regression analysis will be employed to conduct the analysis in this study. concluded from the results of this study that there is a positive link and a substantial effect between employee engagement among home appliancessales employees in East Godavari.
