Abstract
This study aimed to explore the effect of the institutional environment on the job satisfaction of secondary school teachers in the district of Faisalabad of Punjab, Pakistan Total of 112 secondary school teachers participated in this study as a respondent. The questionnaire was used to collect data from the respondents and collected data were analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). Qualitative data were analyzed using the content analysis
technique.
