Early Childhood Education in the Perspective of the Koran

Abstract
Education is very important to be given to children from an early age. Of course there are many ways and methods used in delivering education to children. This is very interesting when discussing early childhood education in the view of the Koran. This is because the Qur'an is the embryo and source of various knowledge. This study aims to provide an overview of early childhood
education in the perspective of the Koran. This research uses literature study method by tracing verses of the Koran and other literature relevant to the research theme. The results of the research show that children are an investment of parents, therefore parents should be aware and be careful if they leave their generation in a weak condition. Parents and teachers must have a gentle and forgiving nature and always have active communication with their children. Suitable educational materials for early childhood are related to faith, worship, and morals and are taught through exemplary and habituation.
