Abstract
This study set out to do many things: look at how students' social media usage affects their health, sociology, and psychology; compare the mental health of male and female students; and look at how students' geographical location and access to mental health care affects their mental health. The social consciousness blends current events, commentary, and associated news and data. The term "self-esteem" is often used to refer to a person's sense of value to themselves. Students aged 13 and younger, from a variety of Ahmednagar district government schools (N=160), were randomly chosen for the research. The data was analyzed using a number of statistical approaches, such as the Mean, Standard Deviation, and 't'- test. SPSS was used for the statistical analysis. This article lists the benefits of using social media as an e-commerce platform as learning, bettering relationships, finding work, staying in contact, and expanding your global network. On the other hand, this article acknowledges that social media may have bad effects such as cyberbullying, hacking, addiction, cheating, and humiliation. There is no detrimental impact or noticeable difference in the health, sociology, and psychology of male and female students, according to the findings of this study.
