Abstract
The study examined the relationships between psychological well-being (PWB) and expatriate adjustment in high-risk countries (HRCs). Two hundred and nine expatriates working in HRCs completed the questionnaires.The findings of this study revealed that PWB is a crucial determinant that facilitates expatriate’s adjustment in HRCs. Specifically, the result of this study revealed that expatriate adjustment in HRCs was related to greater self-acceptance, positive relationship with others, environmental mastery and autonomy aspects of PWB
