Abstract
Helicobacter pylori are a gram-negative bacteriamicro-aerophilspiral shaped and unipolar flagella is four to six in count which is useful for bacterial motility. The organism’s survival, virulence and induction of pathophysiological effects in the host are based on the production of factors by bacteria. The bacterial colonization and development off disease are essential for the virulence factors.H. pylori seen in human stomach and it is common bacterial infection which affecting the 50% 0f world’s population.The mode of transmission infection through gastro-oral, fecal-oral routes and oral-oral and there is no proper idea about the major mode of transmission.The aims of the current work multifold, the pilot assess regarding the prevalence of H.
pylori in patients having the gastric cancer. The observationis linked of H. pylori with both intestinal and diffuse types of gastric cancer and also H. pylori with tumourshappening in the area of gastric antrum
