Abstract
Endometriosis is a condition that is seen when there is excess of estrogen. Endometrial glands are present outside the uterus. Often, this condition leads to pelvic pain or infertility. In this case we present a woman suffering from infertility, who conceived spontaneously and had a rupture of the ovarian cyst at 22 weeks of gestation and its management
