The millennial generation was chosen as the target audience because, by 2025, they would account for 75% of the world's working population. This was a quantitative research in which primary data was collected through the use of a questionnaire. Also included in the study were self-reported questionnaires that were used to gather cross-sectional data. According to the findings of this study, both spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence are major drivers of employee engagement. So that millennia’s' involvement can be improved, this study will give a deeper understanding of the function of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence. This was the first survey of its sort to be conducted among millennia’s working in Malaysia's information and communications technology sector
