Abstract
Positive communication enhances employee identification, which aids in their self-improvement while working for the university.Therefore, communication is viewed as being essential to the establishment of trust within an organization, resulting in increased employee trust, fewer conflicts, and a more pleasant corporate atmosphere in general. The purpose of this study is to provide insight into the organizational communication climate and its relationship to employee organizational trust through the use of accountability and openness maneuvers.
