Abstract
SMEs in the tourism sector in the Maldives contribute a lot to the economy of the country. The businesses in the industry are rapidly growing leading to high competition among them (Ministry of Tourism, Republic of Maldives, 2020). Hence, all businesses try their best to be successful and competitive in the industry. Electronic marketing (e-marketing) is one way to improve the performance of the business.
