Abstract
As per WHO, the state of wellbeing is not considered if the mental health of an individual is not fulfilled. In health sectors, the most exhausting and very stressful job is nursing. Nursing is a profession with unsettled positions leading exhaustion of physical and emotional. Over the last few years, multiple studies have shown that health workers display high degree of emotional exhaustion. The present study was conducted to assess the effectiveness of Self-Instructional Module on knowledge regarding Emotional Exhaustion and its prevention among staff nurses. The objectives of the study were to assess the knowledge regarding emotional exhaustion and its prevention, to assess the effectiveness of Self-Instructional Module and to associate the pretest knowledge with selected demographic variables
