Abstract
Ebstein's anomaly is a relatively uncommon congenital heart defect characterized by apical displacement of the tricuspid valve leaflets into the cavity of the right ventricle leading to tricuspid regurgitation and right heart enlargement. Ultrasound and Echocardiography is a reliable source for screening. We are here reporting a case of Ebstein anomaly detected on the obstetric ultrasound antenatally at 19 weeks of gestation. CONCLUSION We conclude in our case the patient was a known case of bipolar disorder and was on treatment with lithium. Ebsteins anomaly severe enough to be detected antenatally carries poor prognosis. The patient wanted to discontinue pregnancy in view of the anomalies
