Abstract
Shopping mall development is a major social and global phenomenon that has added a new dimension to customer satisfaction and, as a result, purchasing behaviour. The purpose of his article was to look at gender differences in consumer purchasing behaviour in a few retail centers in A.P. It is an observational cross-sectional study done on 700 randomly selected respondents to evaluate male and female customers' purchasing capability,purchasing behaviour, and shopping experiences in Andhra Pradesh's shopping malls.
