Abstract
This current study is an attempt to ascertain the psychological state of the transgender in India. Further to investigate the legal laws in association with transgender by Indian institution through previous literatures. The
research here had adopted conceptual research design for the study. Following the preceding discussion, it is now time for Indian authorities to put Supreme Court directives into action and integrate transgender people into mainstream society
