Abstract
Objective: Employees from selected private enterprises in Guizhou, China, were recruited for this study, with the goal of examining the impact of job demands, job control, and supervisory support on workplace deviant behaviour among those employed in those organisations. Methodology: The survey questionnaire was delivered to 200 workers of chosen enterprises in Guizhou, China, according to the survey methodology.
