Customer Preference towards Digital Payments

Abstract
Since demonetization, the digitalization push for digital payment methods has made remarkable progress. The present study analyzed primary data collected from 200 respondents in the Andhra Pradesh region in order to examine the customers' preference for digital payment methods based on factors including Security, Convenience,and Cost.Transparency, Time, Instant Payment and Risk. Multiple Regression path Analysis and Correlation,covariance’s are used for analyzing the data and found that there is no significant relationship between the customers preference and digital payment methods (Banking cards, Internet Banking and Point of sale) based on the factors Security, Transparency, Time, Instant Payment and Risk
