Abstract
This article examines the cultural patterns within Abdullah Kroum's novel, Shumaytah ila Al-Abad. The narrative centers on the Palestinian cause and the suffering, oppression, and potential genocide experienced by Palestinians. It explores their adoption of an alternative mode of resistance, namely, the reliance on media and communication technology. This approach has played a significant role in disseminating awareness of the Palestinian issue and exposing the egregious actions of Zionists. Discourse concerning Palestine inherently involves discussions of history, religion, civilization, and politics, thereby providing fertile ground for the emergence, decline, overlap, and interaction of cultural patterns. Through this analysis, we aim to elucidate these cultural patterns, their underlying implications, and their various intersections and interactions within the novelistic text.
