Abstract
First, The child’s right to protection against economic exploitation is enshrined in Article 32 of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC). Although Article 32 UNCRC is generally interpreted as the child’s right to protection against child labour (the right to be protected ‘from economic exploitation and from performing any work that is likely to be hazardous or to interfere with the child’s education’) (Swepston, 2012: 15).Consumer protection LAw 2010 and amendment pointed Vulnerable consumers under this Act include: Children in accordance with the law on children; People living in ethnic minority areas as prescribed by law on ethnic work; Pregnant women, etc.
