The value of several types of intelligence is always seen as one of the factors that contribute to an individual’s success at work and in life. Therefore, based on surveys and views of more than 60 Japanese students majoring in FPT University, the essay focuses on the analysis and comparison of two forms of Emotional Quotient and Intelligence Quotient to show that distinct types of intelligence cannot exist in isolation and must cooperate to support an individual throughout quantitative and qualitative methods. In addition ,emotional intelligence improves intelligence and allows a person to solve difficulties more easily
