Abstract
Introduction: Systemic sclerosis (SS) is an autoimmune disorder.It is a rare chronic disease that caused by abnormal connective tissue growth. This connective tissue provides strength and structure to the organs and muscles.
In systemic sclerosis, the tissue becomes thick and stiff that may cause swelling and pain. Systemic sclerosis is also known as scleroderma. Pulse therapies are used for inflammatory and autoimmune conditions. Dexamethasone Pulse therapy is the technique of administering suprapharmacologic doses of medications, especially corticosteroids,alternatingly to improve the therapeutic impact and reduce the side effects of the drug.
