Abstract
In the present competitive environment, the Indian banking industry has been undergoing a rapid technological transformation, for rendering the innovative, effective and efficient customer services. Upgradation of new technology in banking industry, especially public sector banks, paves the way to multiple delivery channels for customer services. Customer satisfaction is an important factor, for retaining the existing customers and attracting new customers towards the banks and hence the public sector banks must offer services according to the customer needs and wants
