Abstract
Entrepreneurs are drivers of small-medium enterprises and new start-up businesses that might develop into numerous platforms for industry products. They are potential and future contributors to economic values to the country. The government of Malaysia is putting in efforts to increase entrepreneurship amongst z-generations. Entrepreneurship orientation would enable the growth in economy and reduction of unemployment. The following report has highlighted the critical success factors for a successful business venture. The next study is one of the significant attempts that help to understand the different kinds of relationship between the leadership of entrepreneurs and their business venture performance
