Abstract
Kabaddi is an inhale-holding act that tones the mind and a body-contact team sport that doesn't require any special equipment. These are two of the many amazing features that make kabaddi a wonderful team sport.Kabaddi is a regular sport played using only the Tag Game touch device. There is no need for a special ensemble, expensive equipment, or club reservation. As a result of the increased speed and agility required to compete in a field of 10 by 13 meters, players develop more flexibility and dexterity. Analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) was performed to compare the mean scores of the control group to those of the yogic practices group, the physical exercises training group, and the control group. The significance of the paired-mean difference was determined using a post hoc test based on Scheffe's test. The significance test was set at the level of confidence of 0.05, which was deemed to be adequate. It was determined from the study's findings that some variables had improved significantly.
