Abstract
Communication and upgrading are linked to a set of expressive systems represented by information and opinion through communication to obtain a design product that meets the human physical, psychological and health needs through cognitive and cognitive mechanisms enhanced by aesthetic organization and significance for intellectual and design advancement for the better using modern and innovative materials and techniques that reflect a new vision of the interior designer as a dispatcher Which attempts to convey the meaning through its design message, whether real or virtual to the recipient, and depends on understanding the meaning according to the design,awareness and culture of the recipient, whether he is a specialist or not, and the societal upgrading represented by satisfying the community with designs that meet the needs of the time-temporal era, and whether the upgrading is partially or completely achieved through provided spaces The latest technologies, influences and stimuli that call the recipient for a sensory and mental response.
