Introduction:- Fluorosis is a crippling and painful disease caused by over intake of fluoride. Fluorosis can be classified into dental fluorosis and skeletal fluorosis. The first sign of dental fluorosis is exhibited as fluoride toxicity in the form of "mottled enamel." Groundwater is considered as the major source of drinking water in most of the part of India. Aim- To assess and create awareness among rural about dental fluorosis
