Abstract
Education is fundamental to life. Education alone may provide the groundwork for and sustain life's meaning. The value of education has never been downplayed or disregarded, despite passing centuries. Teachers in our nation who are capable and effective bear the task of bringing about social change via education. Therefore, every nation's educational mission must include the provision of high-quality teacher education. The ultimate goal of teacher education is to provide future educators with the knowledge and abilities they'll need to fulfill the current and future demands of the teaching profession. The study employed a before-and-after pre-test only design. Convenience sampling was used to choose B. Ed. students for training. The study made use of a Sensitivity Measurement Situational Test as well as a Sensitivity Development Programme that the researcher developed themselves. The findings indicated that the curriculum was successful in increasing student-teachers' empathy for their professional colleagues and their future students. The trainees' sensitivity to their professors and their students is discussed in the report.
