Abstract
Patient typically reported to the OPD department with the presenting signs of osteoarthritis of the knee and the swelling for the past two years which was gradually increasing in size over the posterior aspect of the left knee,
swelling was taut during the extension of the knee and relax during flexion along with it we also found that swelling to be intra articular so the signs of the Baker’s cyst where evaluated but it was later found out to be cold Abscess which was actually trickling from the knee do the entire calf
