Abstract
Economic studies emphasise the characteristics and behaviour rules that farmers generally follow. The major goal is to assess the impact of factors that influence farmer risk behaviour when making decisions to implement price risk management. The five factors recovered from the exploratory factor analysis
were employed as dependent variables in this study, with the average of each factor variable regarded for dependent variables. The results shows that the risk attitude, RT and the influence of LU is greater than PRE and EF. Except for a significant relationship between FRB and farmer PRE, five hypotheses have been prepared for the study, and all other hypotheses have been accepted based on p-value
