The purpose of this case study was to explore the objectives of employee engagement and strategies that some communication business leaders use to engage their workers. In this exploration papers the factors related to employee engagement is studied at both macro and micro position. The target population consists of communication business leaders who held at least 2 year of successful employee engagement experience
