Abstract
The number of retail malls in Chennai has risen substantially in recent years. This resulted in a change in retail as well as a change in consumer behaviour. Shopping is heavily influenced by inspirations. The goal of this paper is to look at the motivations of shoppers when they go shopping. Shopping nowadays is more than simply a transaction; it's a full-fledged experience. The purpose of the study is to investigate why people go to the mall to shop. The analysis techniques used in this study were chi-square, correlation, anova, and regression. In the event of non-probability, practical sampling approaches are used to select the samples
