This paper studies the work life balance of women police personal who work at irregular hours in the midst of the domestic carrying responsibilities by focusing on the perception of work responsibilities, the domestic carrying responsibilities and the perception of work life balance in women police. The concept of women working in environment has always been challenging and much more of those women working in police force.
