Abstract
TRACT One of the key areas of the financial industry is insurance. The insurance industry is distinctive in that it receives compensation for controlling the risk of other parties. In India, the insurance industry serves important socioeconomic purposes such as providing risk coverage to the underprivileged communities in addition to its position in the financial system. Insurance is a booming market in India, with many domestic and foreign players competing and expanding quickly. Due to the entry of several players into the Indian market via joint ventures with Indian private sector partners, it is currently undergoing fierce rivalry. Due to the intimate ties between the Indian insurance business and the global economy, it is essential for insurance companies to operate internationally. Customer satisfaction is based on how well products perform in comparison to what customers expect. The consumer is happy if the product's performance meets their expectations.
