Managements necessitates a great deal of attention. The study's goal is to assess the seven components, which are Work Environment, Career Development, Leadership, Performance Management, Relationship with superiors, Compensation, and Job Satisfaction, and construct a Causal model appropriately. This causal model approach goes on to shed light on Workforce Engagement and HR methods that business leaders may use as an effective course of action to maintain a healthy employee population.
