Abstract
Exhaustive studies explored that development is the application of newly gained knowledge, skills, and attitudes to the workplace in order to improve organisational success. The training is the acquisition of concepts, theories, knowledge, and skills. The hotel skilled human resources is the main goal of training and development in a hospitality organisation that includes, in its process, systematizing the planning of an organisation's vision and perspective, evaluating the need for training, establishing training objectives, creating a training policy and plan, designing training programmes, putting those programmes into action, evaluating the results, and receiving feedback for further action. The development of key competencies, helping the workforce expand, and giving employees opportunities to quickly become more competent. The objective of this study was to evaluate the bibliometric analysis of industrial training in luxury hotels. An exploratory and descriptive methodology were used in this study. The diagnostic analytics was used to analyse the data in reference to the luxury hotels. The research problem included that no bibliometric analysis was reported earlier related to this work. The effectiveness of the training plan's implementation solely depends on the trainer's level of expertise and the learners' participation in the course. The training programme's last phase consists of evaluating its results and taking the necessary action in response to feedback.
