Abstract
This research paper examines the impact of product attributes on consumer purchase intention for processed food products in Chhattisgarh, India. The study aims to understand the factors that influence consumers' decisions when it comes to purchasing processed food products and to provide insights for developing effective marketing strategies for food processing enterprises in the region. The research utilizes a questionnaire-based survey to collect data from a representative sample of consumers in Chhattisgarh. The questionnaire includes statements related to various product attributes such as variety, quality, brand, packaging, and sizes. Participants are asked to rate their level of agreement or disagreement with these statements on a 7-point Likert scale. The collected data is analyzed using statistical techniques to determine the relationship between product attributes and consumer purchase intention. The results shed light on which attributes have a significant impact on consumers' willingness to purchase processed food products in Chhattisgarh. Findings from this study will contribute to a deeper understanding of consumer preferences and behavior in the context of processed food products in Chhattisgarh. The research will enable food processing enterprises to identify key product attributes that can be leveraged to attract and retain customers. Furthermore, the study will provide valuable insights for designing targeted marketing strategies tailored to the unique needs and preferences of consumers in Chhattisgarh. By bridging the gap between consumer expectations and marketing efforts, this research aims to enhance the competitiveness of food processing enterprises and contribute to the sustainable growth of the processed food industry in Chhattisgarh.
